W.A.V.E. Camp Registration 
W.A.V.E. (EMPOWER, LEAD, VOICE, INFLUENCE) is a week dedicated to youth empowerment, leadership, and fun! Each day campers will participate in exciting and educational activities that will teach them about leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and self-confidence. The implementation team is dedicated to creating a positive and safe environment that encourages self-discovery, creativity, friendship, and fun for the campers. Students will walk away from the week with a better understanding of who they are and the impact they can make throughout life.

Dates: Monday, June 16th to Friday, June 20th

Time: 9AM-4:45PM

Location: Batesville Middle School

Cost: $75 for the week (Includes lunch and snack for the camper each day)

**Please submit payment of check or cash to school office or Batesville Memorial Building by May 21st.

Child's spot will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Checks should be made payable to ‘Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville’. Completed forms and payment must be received by May 21st. REFUNDS may not be given for cancellations.
