Home School Partnership Agreement 2020-21
At The Alderton Junior School, we wish to create a culture of learning where children are happy, enthusiastic, feel challenged, motivated and are ambitious. We encourage mutual respect, support and collaboration between all adults and pupils, both within the school and the wider community.

We believe that it is important to provide a secure, caring and stimulating environment for all our children, thereby promoting a sense of pride in our school. We understand that learning affects life chances and with this in mind want all children to make good progress in their learning. We believe that all children have the capacity to be fantastic lifelong learners, and foster an environment where pupils believe they can achieve anything when they have pride and put effort into their learning.

We believe these objectives can be achieved most effectively when all staff, parents and children understand their responsibilities and work together towards the same goals, as detailed in our home-school agreement.
