Every Springfield Public Schools student is required to take either the ACT or the ASVAB before graduation (or a student may take both).

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is an assessment that helps students discover their strengths and interests so they may map out post-secondary plans that work for them. If you select to take the ASVAB, it will be offered FREE of charge at Kickapoo High School on April 20, 2021 at 8:30 am in the library; the military funds this assessment for our students.
