MSAD 4 Remote Learning Family Survey
The District is looking to survey all parents/guardians/caregivers to identify technology tools, technology wants and needs, as well as issues and concerns related to remote learning. Help us continue to collaborate to better meet the needs of our students. This survey is a step toward planning for the Fall. Please fill out this remote learning survey to help us understand your experiences and needs going forward.
