Partner Countries: Georgia, Armenia, Türkiye, Poland, and Germany.

Participant Profile: 18 - 30 YEARS OLD, who are interested in topic and experienced in the project topic.

The project CreARTivity with DigiART aims to empower youth by improving their skill set, with a specific focus on digital art. Through targeted activities, participants will develop both digital skills and artistic competencies. 

The project seeks to reinforce creativity, innovation, and personal growth among youth, equipping them with valuable skills for the digital age. Through collaborative learning and practical experiences, participants will not only improve their technical abilities but also gain a deeper understanding of the intersection between digital technology and artistic expression. The project aims to contribute to the holistic development of youth, preparing them for the evolving demands of the modern world.

I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including to prepare myself carefully for the project to take part in the full duration of the youth exchange

Participation in the on-arrival Youth Exchange and mid-term evaluation to carry out two follow up activities after the project ends.

I agree, Kultur und Art records the workshop session and uses the material in video documentation about the project. 

By applying for this training course, I allow organizer to use visual multimedia of me for dissemination purposes of project outcomes.

In case of skipping parts of the programme without informing us on that, you will not be reimbursed the travel expenses.); - to participate in the evaluation and implement at least 1 follow-up activity in my country.

Publishing Contract (Actor release)
§ 1 Recordings

The organization and the participant agree that the participant will be available for recording, editing, post production of the organization as part of the experience.

§ 2 Publishing rights

The participant agrees that the resulting films, photos or sound recordings may be used and published by the organization in terms of time, location and content, as well as financially, without restriction. In the case of publications, the participant makes no claims, even against third parties. All rights remain with the organization.

§ 3 Personal rights; Attribution

The organization undertakes to uphold the personal rights of the participant. The films, photos, sound recordings may only be edited, redesigned and published in compliance with his or her personal rights. The naming of the model is at the discretion of the organization.

§ 4 Fee

The participant will not receive a fee for the work and transfer of the exploitation rights, but a selection or the complete work of the resulting recordings, which may have been edited by the organization. The selection is made by the organization. In some cases, the participant has a say, the organization decides on a case by case basis.

These recordings may be used by the self-promotional participant, such as applications, e.g. Creating a model folder, your own internet site, setcards, or any other purpose, etc. are free and free to use. In particular, this also applies if third parties are depicted who have concluded a similar contract.

§ 5 Contractual amendments and ancillary agreements

Changes, additions and additional agreements must be made in writing; this also applies to the repeal of the written form itself. Should individual provisions of this contract be or become ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 

The repeal does only include unpublished material or material published by the organisation. Should any of the material be
published in any form and out of the reach of the organisation, it remains subject of this contract even after the termination. This explicitly includes printed media.
