Room Reservation Request Agreements
Our Cultural Center mission is to create community spaces of healing, joy, and critical engagement through learning, awareness, and advocacy that empower the campus community to become culturally responsive advocates for justice and liberation.
The space also provides a venue for events, activities, and workshops about cultures through cultural programming and cultural immersion experiences; creating spaces for coalition building through partnerships, collaborations and affinity spaces to interrogate and dismantle systems of oppression.
Due to the importance of the Cañada Cultural Center space as a site for transformational learning and community building, we require that all reservations align with our mission. When considering hosting an event in our center, please review the following agreement closely to make sure we're the right space for your event.
