NAF 59th Year Independence Cultural Festival Celebration Vendor Application Form
The Nigerian American Foundation is offering a limited number of vendor opportunities to display and/or sell approved items during Nigeria’s 59th Year Independence Cultural Fest Celebration. The event will be held on September 28th, 2019 at Rolling Oaks Park, 18701 NW 17th Avenue, Miami Gardens; 12Noon-5pm. Vendor Check in Information/Disclosures
- REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday, September 13th, 2019. Registration must include: a completed and signed the application with full $150.00 payment for the vendor space or $250 for partner/sponsor space. Electronic payments, cashier checks, and money orders will be accepted. Checks of any kind ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please contact us for electronic payments. A 2.9% transaction fee will apply.

- Payment in full operates as your commitment to vend at the event and NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation, late arrival, or failure to appear. If the event is rescheduled, your reservation will remain effective for the new date.

- Vendor check-in and set-up will begin at 10:00 am and end by 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 28th, 2019. The Vendor fee includes One (1) 10 x10 Tent, One (1) six foot table and two (2) chairs. Any additional items needed for the display area are the sole responsibility of the vendor. All fees are irrespective of the time period in which the vendor commences with displaying his/her items. The Nigerian American Foundation Planning Committee shall determine the vendor space allocation and table assignments. Breakdown and Clean-up of the vendor display area will commence promptly at 5:00 p.m. and must be concluded by 6:00 p.m.

The undersigned hereby release and holds harmless and forever discharges The Nigerian American Foundation (NAF), KechThis Inc., it's corporate sponsors, partners and affiliates from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss, damage or injury to any person or property in any manner arising out of or incident to this vendor application and hereby consents to the enforcement of the event rules and regulations. Vendor also grants permission to NAF and it's event affiliates to use photography, video, VO and likeness for marketing and educational promotion. The undersigned has paid a fee for the event and understands this payment is non-cancelable & non-refundable.

It is understood that exhibitor shall not remove a booth prior to the closing of the event. Exhibitors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving. Exhibitors must display professionalism, courtesy and respect when speaking to ANY member of the community.
