The programme for the day on the Wednesday 2nd August is as follows:

Bus departs at 8.30am and returns by 2.45pm
Please bring morning tea and lunch

9.30am Massed item - Do Whatcha Wanna
10.00am. Rehearsal of ukulele pieces
Ukuleles with recorders, marimbas to sing
Shiner’s Fancy and Shores of Lyttelton and Te Aroha
Ukuleles only, marimbas and recorders to sing
Cape Reinga, Big Aroha, Something in the Water, Budapest
11.00am BREAK
11.15am Rehearsal of recorder pieces
Stille, Stille, Beginner’s Beguine, Londonderry Air
11.45 Rehearsal of massed items
July and Star Wars
12.30pm Lunch break – students to bring their own
1.00pm Rehearsal of marimba pieces
Tennessee Blues, Catch Bottle, Caribbean Calypso, Fizzy Pop, Mojo
1.45pm Final run-through of massed rehearsal items
2.15pm End of rehearsal
Back at school by 2.45

6.30pm Please arrive. Students to go to left hand entrance (Door 1)
7pm-8.15pm CONCERT! Cost is $5.00 per person (performers free)
Parking is free.

Daytime transport is by bus. $8 will be added to your school account to go towards covering this.
Evening concert transport by parents. Please let us know if you need transport (or if you can offer a ride).

What to wear:
During the day - normal school uniform
Evening - black or dark trousers and school ukulele Tshirt (to be issued and borrowed)
