This application form is ONLY to request City of Edmonton (COE) Recreation Centre gymnasiums for the summer of 2024 (June 30 - September 8, 2024).

School gymnasiums are not available in July and August.

Important to note:

Review the City of Edmonton availability prior to submitting your request.
Review the Function Sheet to ensure your sport/activity is permitted at the venue.
One form may be submitted per day for a maximum of five single dates or one reoccurring time slot.
A re-occurring request is for a consistent time slot over six or more weeks falling on the same day of the week and at the same location and time.
Please be aware that we fill space based on a first come, first serve basis. Requests for time will not be held.
All rental requests require at least 7 days notice

Please allow up to five to seven business days for a response as we address all inquiries in the order that they were received.
