We are in the process of conducting an evaluation of our Title I Parent and Family Engagement program. You may have completed a similar survey recently, but please take a few minutes to fill this one out as well.  If you have children at multiple schools, please complete one survey for each child's school.   Your responses will be used to improve next year's Parent and Family Engagement program.  If you have questions about the survey or need assistance, please contact your child's school.  Your feedback is important!
