CFS Technology and Software Needs Assessment Survey Spring 2021
All FVM courses are being delivered remotely this Spring 2021.

Please complete this survey to help our team assess your need at home for a loaner computer, tablet, and/or software based on your Spring 2021 registered courses.

Computers and software are assigned based on need. Responses submitted by the priority deadline of January 1 will receive first consideration.


1. Submit your response as soon as possible and by no later than Friday, January 8. Priority is given to those who submit by the priority deadline of January 1. Late deadline by January 8.

2. Haley Heer, CFS's Academic Professional Support Specialist, will be contacting students by email on the week of January 4 for priority submissions and on Monday January 11 for late submissions to schedule your pick-up or to inform you we will not be able to provide a loaner, as applicable.

3. Computer/tablet checkouts will be scheduled for pick-up individually between January 12-15 for priority responses, and between January 19-22 for late responses. Location: CFS building, 9075 E Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.

4. Loaner computers/tablets must be returned to CFS by no later than May 14 by close of business. Extensions granted on a case-by-case basis, if warranted.


We have a limited quantity of equipment we hope to issue out to students in need based on this assessment. If we are unable to loan you a computer or tablet, please know that we will be permitting CFS computer lab usage by appointment during the semester between Mon-Thu from 9am-5pm once we are permitted to open the building for the semester (open date TBD). Note: students will be able to reserve time in a lab from 1-4 hours at a time and may reserve and/or cancel up to 30 minutes prior to their reservation.
