The reporting of an absence form is to notify school officials of your child's absence(s). Your child will be marked absent by the teacher and you will get an automated phone call informing you of your child's absence. This form does not excuse your child(s) absence. If you wish to excuse the absence please submit the proper documentation to the main office upon returning to school. Thank you!
