Please use this form to request a block of seats for your class to attend the screening(s) of your choice. Once we have received this form, staff from the Hyde Collection will send you ticket confirmation and payment details. 
Ticket confirmation is on a first come first served basis and limited by the number of seats available per screening (135). Once ticket confirmation is received, a payment invoice will be provided, which will be due the date of the screening. Pricing is $10 for students and chaperones.
