NB StreetFest 2018 Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in NB Street Fest 2018! NB Street Fest is on Friday, July 27 + Saturday, July 28 from 11:00am- 9:00pm both days! Amber Stewart, director of vendors will follow up with your application form! Payment is not required until you have been officially accepted into the festival.

The use of styrofoam comes with an extra charge of $100

Only required for vendors selling food will have food health permit

POLICY I: Payment
Cash payment will not be accepted
Vendors can pay:
via cheque: 912 111th street, North Battleford, SK S9A 3S9
Interac Money Transfer to: nbstreetfestival@gmail.com
All vendors must pay one week in advance of the festival. If a vendor has not paid prior to festival, they will not be permitted to set up

POLICY II: Cancellation

Cancellation with full refund is June 30, 2018. Any cancellation after June 30, will not be refunded.

POLICY III Equipment

NB Street Fest does not supply any vendor with any equipment needed to run their booth.

POLICY IV: Load In & Load Out
Each vendor will be given a load in time. Load in time is To Be Determined. Failure to meet your load in time will result at being placed in another location or being removed from vendor alley.
Final load out will not occur until 9:30pm, Saturday, July 28.
All vendors must commit to setting up for festival for both days. If a vendor decides to leave early, or cannot set up for one of the days, they will be charged an additional fee of $100

POLICY V: Arrival and Departure/Set up & Takedown
All vendors need to be set up a half hour before festival begins. Any vendor who is not set up a half hour before will not be permitted to set up for that day

POLICY VI: Noise and Generators
All generators must not give off a noise level that exceeds 85dB.
Saskatchewan Government Occupational Health & Safety policy outlines that no person can be exposed to sound over 85dB for a period of 8 or more hours.
As the schedule of NB StreetFest exceeds 8 hours, the board of directors strongly advises that all generators are between the 70-85dB range
