At Village Capital, we seek to build a safe, inclusive, and anti-racist community. We have some expectations for mentors that we invite to participate in our accelerator programs. At the very least, we expect mentors to 1) Engage with entrepreneurs & other mentors in a thoughtful and constructive manner; 2) Help foster an environment of inclusion by accepting and valuing the unique experiences of entrepreneurs & other mentors; and 3) Keep sensitive information that entrepreneurs may share with you confidential. *
After the mentor session, would you be comfortable with the Village Capital team sharing your contact information with founders from the cohort or other mentors that request it? *
Do you know anyone in your network that could be a good fit to be a mentor for this program? If so, please list their name, email address, and organization. We can reach out to them about the mentorship opportunity!
