The Happy Healthy Heart Cookbook
The Happy Healthy Heart Cookbook is being produced in association with Damart to help raise money for Heart Research UK. Visitors to the Damart and Heart Research UK websites will be able to download the heart-friendly recipe book onto their iPad, Kindle or other device.

The cookbook will be built around recipes submitted via this form.

The Happy Healthy Heart Cookbook will be free to download, however donations will be encouraged. All money raised from the download of the ebook will be donated to Heart Research UK, and it is anticipated that the book will be available from mid March 2018 onwards.

The recipes need to meet AT LEAST TWO of the following criteria:

* Low in saturated fat (think rapeseed oil/FryLight spray)
* No added salt (and stock must be low salt stock)
* Wholegrain, when available
* High in Omega 3
* Contains at least 2 of your 5 fruit or veg a day (at least 80 grams for a portion)

HRUK do not recommend the use of coconut oil in cooking due to its high saturated fat content. Please sense-check your recipe to ensure you have taken every opportunity to make your recipe heart-healthy by switching to alternative ingredients and cooking methods.
