Well, we finally made it to the end of 2023. And what a year it’s been.

Sure, there was no shortage of awful stories and garbage people dominating the news cycle, but it wasn’t all bad. Right?!

So we want to hear from you – who was the worst of the worst? And who was the best? These can be political leaders, activists, or anyone else you think should be recognized – for better or worse – this year.

Who do you think were the BEST Texans of 2023 and why? Is there a member of Congress you admire? A member of the Texas Legislature who pushed against school vouchers, while being kept away from their family and life? Or a grassroots activist who got things done? A teachers' union that persisted in the face of book bans and purposefully low wages? A group of women suing the state of Texas?  An organization you were proud to support? Who do you think were the WORST Texans of 2023 and why? Were there any statewide officials that were especially terrible?
