Please use this form to report violations of the MAAPP or U.S. Biathlon SafeSport Policy, including physical and emotional misconduct. Please remember to report all violations involving sexual misconduct directly to The US Center for SafeSport ("The Center") (uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern). US Biathlon will report all allegations that fall within The Center's exclusive jurisdiction immediately upon receipt to The Center. There is no cost for making a report.
