Welcome to the Diageo Learning Skills for Life (LSFL) Program

In partnership with Gorgitenders Bartending Academy, this initiative provides Baltimore City residents with a fully sponsored opportunity to complete professional bartender and hospitality training. Through the Diageo Learning Skills for Life Scholarship, participants receive two weeks of hands-on education, industry certifications, and job placement support — all designed to open doors to rewarding careers in hospitality.

This program is made possible through Diageo’s global commitment to workforce development and community impact, helping individuals build skills, confidence, and connections that last a lifetime.

Only Baltimore City residents are eligible to apply, and acceptance is based on prescreening, income verification, and completion of the required Diageo LSFL online training.
