We are delighted to announce our membership recruitment process for 2024 and thank you for your interest in joining us.

A. WHO WE ARE  
 
JCI means Junior Chamber International.

JCI Vision: To be the foremost global network of young leaders.
JCI Mission: To provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

We are a membership-driven organization of dedicated and enterprising young leaders, aged 18 to 40, creating positive opportunities around the world. JCI is active in more than 5000 locations across nearly 115 countries, JCI members are recognized for embracing new ideas and collaborating across borders. We support our members to develop their leadership skills as they relate to personal development, business and entrepreneurship, community action, and international collaboration.

Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us.

B. WHAT WE DO

JCI members take ownership of their communities by identifying problems and creating targeted solutions to create impact. JCI runs programs around four pillars: Individual, Business, Community, and international through developing leadership, entrepreneurship,  Social responsibilities, Fellowship, and networking. 

JCI Rwanda champions the fostering of an entrepreneurial mindset in various categories of citizens, supports needy people, and organized various leadership and capacity-building training. JCI members regularly conduct business breakfasts, gala dinners, and networking events.

C. OUR VALUES

We believe:
that faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life;
that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations;
that economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise;
that government should be of laws, rather than of men;
that earth's great treasure lies in human personality; and
that service to humanity is the best work of life.

D. HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

JCI Rwanda is an open organization for people devoted to creating positive change in their community and those seeking personal and professional development. 

By becoming a member you will join other like-minded people and you will be requested to develop some of the following characters by:
  • Actively participating in activities organized by JCI Rwanda
  • Willingness to learn, share your experience and collaborate with others
  • Having an open mind in solving community's problem
  • Being the leading example to the people around you
  • Willingness to pay annual membership fees to support the organization's activities.
Once you have completed the registration process and paid your membership fee you will be invited for member onboarding - training and a welcoming ceremony. 

The agenda and venue of the event will be communicated by JCI Rwanda.

OUR MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION
For the attention of the members, candidate members and senators JCI Rwanda

The membership fee for 2024 to JCI Rwanda is annual.

This membership fee gives you access to JCI member status, entitles you to discounts on some of JCI's quality training and events, and opens doors to an international network, etc. For members, the payment of the subscription also gives you the right to vote at general meetings.
 
During this year 2024, the contributions are as follows

I. $ 75: Members with professional activity and Past Presidents over 40 years.
II. $ 25: Members with no professional activity (students, jobseekers ...).
III. $ 100: For Senators.
IV. $ 120: JCI ALUMNI
V. $ 200 (and above) for all those who wish to encourage JCI Rwanda as sympathizing members of the year (occasional payment) and honorary members of the year (regular annual payment).
