Who is eligible?
1) Students who are in JK to Grade 8 in the current school year (2024-2025). Students
from all school boards in the Ottawa area are welcome.
2) Students born in 2021 and have pre-registered into a Kindergarten program starting Fall 2025 (publicly-funded school boards only) are eligible to register in this summer's IL program.

CLASS DATES: 5-week Program, July 2 to August 1, 2025, Monday to Friday
CLASS TIMES: Morning Classes: 9:00 am -11:30 am (In-Person and Virtual, depending on language)
Afternoon Classes: 12:30 pm-3:00 pm (Virtual Only, Grades 2-8, Non-Native Speakers)
Some locations offer afternoon summer camps. See our website for more information.
FEES: A consumable/activity fee of $10 will be charged for in-person classes in the summer 2025 program.
A tuition fee of $110/language/child will be applied to out-of-province and International Students/Visitors to Canada.
BEFORE class supervision from 8:00-9:00 am is available at $25/week ($15 for 3-day week).

All NEW students to our IILE Program must show supporting documents to establish Proof of Address in Ontario and Proof of Status in Canada. Information on this process will be outlined at a later date.

Our classes are in-person and virtual depending on the language offered.
If the class is virtual, it will be delivered online (at the student's residence) using Google Meet.
For virtual language classes, students are required to have access to a device (Chromebook, laptop) and access to the internet, in order to take part in the program.

Students may register for:
1) one morning class (Grades JK-Grade 8)
OR
2) one afternoon class (Grades 2**-Grade 8) **Note: different grade range in pm class
OR
3) one morning class(JK-Grade 8) and one afternoon class (Grades 2-8) not the same language in both time slots.
