We aim to contact you within 7 days of receiving your application and if you are suitable, we will arrange a visit. Our Accommodation Officers visit all properties before placing students. Please note that all adults (>18) are required to have a valid DBS certificate, and your property to have a gas safety certificate. We can work with you to help you obtain these.
