Mobile Home Park Water Quality Community Survey

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment continues to work on the action plan to improve water quality for mobile home parks, which is part of the Mobile Home Park Water Quality Act. To support this effort and make sure community feedback is incorporated, the Office of Environmental Justice and Public Health Graduate Students at Colorado School of Public Health have developed a community survey.

The survey will ask questions on topics including water quality, economic and health impacts, and quality of life.

The department will use the survey to help identify all the ways mobile home communities are affected by water quality issues. This could include how the water smells or if it leaves residue on clothes, or whether poor water quality causes individuals to purchase bottled water, for example. The goals of the survey are to:

  • Determine the different ways water quality affects quality-of-life. Recognize that everyone might be affected differently by water quality.
  • Work together to address the concerns identified in the survey.
If you live in a mobile home park and would like to provide your feedback, please complete the survey below.

If you would like to complete the survey over the phone or need a hard copy of the survey, please reach out to Yessenia Scholtz at yessenia.scholtz@state.co.us or 720.667.8279.
