The staff at New Hampstead High School takes your requests for services very seriously and will attempt to meet those requests within a timely manner.  Requests must be submitted to the main office through this online form.

Payment must be submitted through School Cash Online.  An account must be created to pay online.

Submission of this request means that I am in compliance and also understand the notarized Certificate of Enrollment must be taken to the Department of Drivers Services within 30 days (from signature date) as indicated on the document.  Students are allowed to submit a request once per 9 week quarter.
