Thank you for your interest in the award winning Cabbagetown Festival. Please complete the following application form below and then also be sure to drop a separate signed payment form in the mail within 48 hours of submitting this application form. Payment forms can be downloaded from the VENDOR page on www.cabbagetownTO.com. Applications will only be considered once payment form and proof of insurance has been received. Your payment will only be deposited if you are approved.

Please read the following 5 vendor definitions carefully and choose the one that applies to you below in the multiple choice section. The multiple choice options below will offer you pricing information.

All applicants must submit a signed payment form, payment and proof of insurance within 48 hours of applying. Payment form can be downloaded on the VENDOR PAGE of www.cabbagetownTO.com. Vendors selling food items will be required to submit a Toronto Public Health Form at the same time.

Vendor Definitions:

1) Not-For-Profit Vendor: You represent a not for profit organization.

2) Made-In-Canada Vendor: You sell items made in Canada mainly made by hand.

3) General Vendor: You sell general merchandise or are a for-profit company wishing to promote your services.

4) Food Vendor: You sell food items which festival goers can eat on the spot or take home. You will be required to complete a Toronto Public Health Form and submit with your waiver and payment.

5) Food Truck: You sell food items which festival goers can eat on the spot or take home. You will be required to complete a Toronto Public Health Form and submit with your waiver and payment.

Please note, all booths, with the exception of food trucks are 10ftx10ft. If you need 10ftx20ft please contact us after submitting this form. 10x20ft booths are the 10ftx10ft price plus 25%. Booth sharing is not allowed.

Having read the vendor type definitions above, please choose your vendor and pricing type below. Please note: Early Bird rates end March 31st, 2018. Rates increase April, 1st, 2018. Applications are due August 1st, 4pm. 15% late fee applied to any applications submitted after August 1st 4pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1) There are a limited number of spots. Applications will be reviewed by the festival committee for approval and only once payment has been received. Applications will be approved on a monthly basis starting February 2018.
2) Application Fees are non-refundable.
3) In the event you are not accepted, your application fee will be returned.
4) We operate rain or shine.
5) You will receive a 10ftX10ft area for the duration of the festival (food truck spaces will be sized appropriately), 11am - 10pm on Saturday September 8th & 11am - 7pm Sunday, September 9th, 2018. If you need a 10ftX20ft space please contact us before submitting your payment form. 10x20ft booths are the 10ftx10ft price plus 25%. Booth sharing is not allowed.
6) Set up times will be communicated closer to the festival date.
7) Assigned entry gates are the only gates you will be allowed to use.
8) All vendors must supply their own tents and any fixtures.
9) Tents must be weighted to withstand wind.
10) It is not mandatory to keep your vendor booth active beyond 7pm on Saturday. If you choose to operate your booth past 7pm, you are required to provide your own self powered lighting.
11) All drugs and drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited from being sold and/or displayed.
12) The Cabbagetown Festival is not responsible for any loss or damage over the duration of the two-day Festival.
13) Tear down is Sunday, September 9th 7pm-8pm. Vendors still occupying space on the street as of 8pm will be removed by security at the vendor’s cost and banned from participating in the 2019 Cabbagetown Festival.
