Fellowship Application Form
To apply for a Fellowships to attend OC: United States in May 2018, there are three required parts. Please complete the form below, and send the following two items to Fellowship@OpportunityCollaboration.net:
- Personal Resume
- Organizational Financial Statement or Balance Sheet

Applications are accepted from January 1, 2018 until all available scholarships have been awarded. Applicants will be notified of their fellowship award status as soon as possible, and by no later than April 6, 2018.

2018 awards will be made on a rolling basis. The sooner a candidate applies, the higher the chance of being awarded a fellowship. Fewer candidates compete for more awards early in the process, whereas many candidates compete for few remaining awards as we near OC.

Eligibility Check
Fellowships are need-based for first-time Opportunity Collaboration attendees. Leaders of well-funded organizations who can afford to register as Delegates need not apply for fellowships. Please check your eligibility through the following three questions before moving on to the full application.
