訂購須知 Ordering Instructions

  • 請於活動「10個工作天前」訂購。遞交表格後，我們將盡快處理並提供發票，請於活動「5個工作天前」入數確定訂購，並將入數紙或轉帳紀錄給我們。如特別緊急可於表單下方備註。
  • 訂購確定後不設退款。
  • 重用餐具由「匡智會碗具清潔培訓中心」負責清潔及高溫消毒。
  • 如有疑問或特殊需求，請至表格下方備註。
  • Please place your order "10 working days” in advance. After submitting the form, we will handle it as soon as possible and provide you with the invoice. Please make the payment and provide us with the deposit slip or transfer record "5 working days” before the event to confirm your order. If it is particularly urgent, you can make a note in Section 4 of this Form.
  • No refund after the order is confirmed.
  • Reusable tablewares are cleaned and sterilized with high temperature by "Wash Up", which has obtained the Hong Kong safety testing reports.

3. 運輸 Transportation

  • 可於工場(位於大埔松嶺村)自取及歸還，收取行政費 $100
  • 又或由我們安排運輸，費用視乎地點，請參考以下單程運費：
    港島區：HKD 350
    九龍區：HKD 300
    新界區（大埔、沙田、荃灣、北區）：HKD 250
    新界區（葵青、西貢、將軍澳、屯門、元朗）：HKD 300
  • 停車場費、隧道費、上落貨、晚間運輸或偏遠地區或需另收附加費

  • The transportation charge for a single trip is priced as below.
  • Hong Kong Island $300
  • Kowloon $250
  • New Territories (Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin) $250
  • New Territories (Tai Po, Sai Kung, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District) $300
  • Additional charges apply for parking lot fees, tunnel fees, loading and unloading, night transportation or remote areas.

其他須知 Notes

  • 餐具請勿貼標籤及劃記
  • 餐具本身有正常使用痕跡。
  • 顧客無需清洗餐具，但請在歸還前清除餐具上的廚餘，並將其整齊放回物流箱。
  • 活動前後請清點好租借物品，並提醒參加者務必歸還重用餐具，如果清洗後我們點算有遺失或損毀，將會從另外收取賠償。
  • 我們可以安排工作人員在活動現場協助管理餐具，工作包括餐具分發、收拾餐具等。如有需要，請在此表格中列明。
  • Please do not label or mark the tableware.
  • The tableware itself shows the signs of having been used.
  • Customers do not have to wash the tableware, but please remove residue from the tableware and place it back in the logistics containers before collection time.
  • Please count the rental items before and after the events. Please remind participants to return the reusable tableware. If any containers are found damaged or missing after cleaning, we will charge a damage compensation fee for the loss.
  • We can arrange staff to assist in managing the tableware at the event venue. The tasks include distributing and tidying up the tableware. If needed, please specify in this form.
