Donation Facility Pass Request Application

We are committed to ensuring City Attractions and Recreation Facilities are accessible to all Edmontonians, and to encourage healthy and active living by supporting community-focused recreational, leisure, social and cultural programs.

The Community, Recreation, and Culture Branch provides eligible, registered non-profit agencies and charities with a facility admission donation package. Eligibility will be verified using the Government of Canada's List of Charities and the Government of Alberta's Non-Profit Listing.

Please ensure you submit your request at least four weeks prior to your event.

Note: Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the City of Edmonton Community, Recreation, and Culture Facilities Branch will only support an organization once per calendar year. We are only able to accept requests from greater Edmonton area organizations whose majority of group members are Edmonton residents.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Donation admissions cannot be exchanged and do not have a value associated eligible for any refunds.
2. Donation admissions must be used by the expiry date listed on the ticket. Exchanges, extensions, and refunds will not be given for tickets past the expiration date.
3. Any inquiries made to the City of Edmonton regarding extensions or exchanges of donated admissions will be directed to the organization that requested the donation.

After this form has been completed, we will contact you to request any additional information or clarification needed and to let you know if your request is eligible to receive donation admissions, as well as to arrange pick up. Due to the application volume and as applications are processed in the order they are received, please allow 10 business days to be contacted.
