Request for a Wellness Program/Workshop
If you would like to request a well-being training or workshop, please enter your information into this form. Someone from the Wolverine Wellness training team will get back to you soon to discuss specific details and arrangements.
Today's date (You MUST submit your requests at least 3-4 weeks prior to your desired program/event date to allow for staffing, unless you only need materials and/or non-human resources.)
