K–12 e-Learning Program Survey
We are asking that you participate in the State of the Nation: K-12 e-Learning in Canada research study, now an initiative of the Canadian eLearning Network (http://CANeLearn.net). The study began in 2008 and documents the state of Canadian K-12 online, blended and distance education. More information about the research can be found at http://canelearn.net/state-of-the-nation-k-12-online-learning-in-canada/

We are seeking your involvement to assist us with this research. Below you will find eight questions about your program offerings. The information provided will be used to augment information collected from your provincial Ministry of Education and posted on the CANeLearn website.

Please note, for the purposes of this survey e-learning is defined to include all forms of K-12 distance and online education (i.e. correspondence, videoconferencing, and online learning), as well as identified instances of blended learning where at least some portion of education is provided in a face-to-face setting.

Thank you in advance for your consideration, time and input into the State of the Nation research.
