Barkada is a Filipino cultural club on the campus of Cal Poly Pomona. We pride ourselves in our four pillars of importance which include Academics, Culture, Athletics, and Social. This form is a way for our Executive Board to gather basic information about you so that we can do our best keep you to informed and help you find your way towards our club!

To fully participate in all our events, you will need to pay a membership fee of $30 in cash or to our Venmo (@cppbarkada). For single semester installments, the fee is $15.
Please notify an E-board member if performing a cash payment so we can easily collect it.

Indigenous Tribe Identification
As a cultural club, Barkada wants to make sure each member's cultural experience is heard and valued. The question below is aimed at accomplishing just that so we as a club can learn more about our members. Some things to take into account before answering the following quesiton:

Membership Fee Disclaimer
A membership fee of $30 dollars MUST be paid prior to becoming an official member of Barkada. This fee is applicable for the duration of the academic school year. The benefits of becoming an official general member include:
  • This year's Barkada T-shirt
  • Ability to join our Kuya/Kuyate/Ate/Ading (KKAA) mentorship program
  • Ability to fully participate in events such as Pilipino-American Culture Night (PACN), Large Scale Social Events, and Barkada’s Got Talent!
NOTE: Spring semester membership fee is $15 and comes with all benefits mentioned above.

This payment can either be accepted through Venmo (@cppbarkada) or given to any E-Board member. If you cannot pay the fee right away, a payment plan can be set up by contacting any E-Board member or messaging @cppbarkada on Instagram.
