The Hirshberg prize is to award a patient, who has been contributing significantly to awareness and support for patients with pancreatic cancer.
The winning patient will receive a prize along with an award certificate, which will be presented at EPC 2016 by EPC President Professor Neoptolemos/Mrs Hirshberg.

Nominations open on the 5th January 2016 and close on the 17th June 2016. Anyone can nominate a patient for the prize.

To nominate a patient, please complete and submit the online entry form.
