Please use this form to report information to the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) about the following:
1.) possible violations of the Colorado Marijuana Statutes and Regulations by marijuana businesses, business owners, and/or employees;
2.) crimes on-premises, such as thefts or burglaries;
OR
3.) Adverse Health Events related to consumption of marijuana purchased from a licensed marijuana business.
Reporting possible violations is entirely voluntary. Please note, the MED will only assign and investigate the complaint if sufficient details regarding the alleged violations of Marijuana Code or Rules are provided. If sufficient details are not provided to allege specific violations of Marijuana Code or Rules for specific individuals or businesses, the MED will not assign and investigate the complaint.
You are not required to provide your name and full contact information, but you must include a valid e-mail address to submit the form. The information you provide will be used by the MED to determine an appropriate follow-up. Depending on the information the MED can gather from your report and through any necessary investigative work, the MED’s findings could result in an administrative disciplinary action by the State Licensing Authority or criminal prosecution.
