Accomodation
Fees for meals and accomodation are not included in the registration fee and can be paid on the first day of the retreat. The price for all meals and drinks will be about € 25 per day (prices 2020).
Preference accomodation: we will do our best to meet your preference, but we cannot guarantee because the availability of rooms is limited.

Prices
We keep the prices of our activities as low as possible, so that our activities are accessible to as many people as possible. We work without profit.In exceptional cases it is possible to get a discount. Please contact us on sherapchamma@ligmincha.nl, underlining why the activity is important to you and why you need the discount.

Refund
If you have registered and paid for an activity, but you have to cancel , you can receive a refund. The refund depends on the time you withdraw your subscription. The part that you get back depends on the moment you make this known to us.
If you are unable to come yourself, you can transfer your application to someone else.
- more than 30 days before the start of the activity: 100% refund
- up to 2 weeks before the start of the activity: 75% refund
- up to 1 week before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- less than 1 week before the start of the activity: no refund
- do not show up without notice: no refund
