Flame Con 2026 Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Flame Con 2026! This application will be open until July 15th.

Flame Con is August 15th & 16th, 2026 at New York Marriot Marquis. 
NOTE: This application is for volunteering on the day(s) of Flame Con.

Volunteers will receive a Flame Con branded volunteer t-shirt as well as a weekend pass to the convention.

Volunteers must be 18+
Flame Con volunteers are required to be masked while on-duty

Are you interested in helping at Fire Ball, our Flame Con 21+ After-Party on Saturday night?
This would be a separate shift on Saturday evening, taking place offsite. Responsibilities may include ticket-taking, helping clear the stage between acts, collecting tips for performers, etc. Note: volunteers for this event must be 21+

Are you interested in helping at Camp Fire, our after-hours hangout?
This would involve assisting in setting up different activity stations and helping direct people to the space. Camp Fire takes place on Saturday night onsite at the Marriot.
