By submitting artwork, parent(s)/guardian(s) give permission for their child to be photographed, videotaped, and/or interviewed by representatives from the media, the Santa Clara County Office of Education, or other education-related groups for the purpose of publicizing Office of Education programs, developing educational materials, or reporting on events of community interest. Parent(s)/guardian(s) fully relinquish right or interest in any film, tape, classwork, or photograph which may be used for any legitimate purpose.
Al hacer entrega de la obra de arte el padre(s) o tutores legales están autorizando el que su hijo sea fotografiado, grabado en video y/o entrevistado por representantes de los medios de comunicación, de Santa Clara County Office of Education, o por otros grupos pertenecientes a instituciones educativas con el fin de hacerle publicidad a los programas de la Oficina de Educación, elaborar materiales didácticos, o con el fin de divulgar eventos de interés para toda la comunidad.
