This form is to request/cancel practice fields for the current season.  By submitting the information does not guarantee the request for day/time/practice field will be honored.  

Older teams have priority over younger ones.  This does not mean an older team can bump a younger team with little or no notice.  Discretion and common sense will be used to moderate requests.

Games have priority at the CYO Complex.  If you have practice scheduled at a CYO filed and there is a game scheduled for that field you will not be able to use the field for practice.
   
Be sure to double check the Practice Fields Availability Schedule to ensure your request was honored.  The Practice Fields Availability Schedule is available on the league website under 'Calendar & Schedules' >> ''Practice Fields Availability' ( http://sports.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=939153 ).  It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the Practice Fields Availability Schedule to see if any changes have been made.

The request should be completed within 24-48 hours.
