We reserve the right to decline any assignment for any reason. Policies are subject to update without notice. *
Please inform your sitter how to enter your property at the meet and greet. Provide a key, remote, gate code, hide-a-key location etc. at the meet and greet. We can keep your key in our safe if you travel often, or we can leave it in a secure location outside your home after the assignment is complete, whichever you prefer. Some clients choose to use a lock box specifically for their petsitter. You must let us know what you'd like us to do with your key after the last visit or we will automatically keep it in our safe. *
Key pick up/drop off is an additional charge of 50% of your visit rate (plus mileage rate of $1 per mile over 5 miles). You can always choose to drop off, just let us know your plan.
Additional charge ($5-$10 per area, per incident) for excessive clean up (dog feces/urine, cat boxes, cage cleaning, etc.) at the sitters discretion payable within 5 days of your return. *
Please inform your sitter where to find cleaning supplies.
Non-refundable deposit (50% of total assignment cost) due when petsitting assignment is booked or at the meet and greet, whichever occurs first. Last minute bookings (4 days or less) require 100% payment at time of booking or meet and greet, whichever occurs first. *
Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Card, or PayPal. Let us know, in advance, how you will be paying. All quoted rates are considered cash discount rates. Cash discount rates apply to cash and check payments only.
Remaining 50% of assignment total due on or prior to first visit (dog walking fees due at the first walk of each week). Subject to a $25 late fee if payment is not RECEIVED within 3 days of due date. Returned check fee $39.00 (entire check amount + fee payable by cash only, cash only for all future assignments--no exceptions.) *
Ask about our pre-pay 10% additional credit with minimum payment of $500 for regular weekly dog walking or potty breaks.
Additional major holiday charge per holiday of $7.50 per visit (dog walks included). *
Holidays included, but not limited to, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Cancellation of services 48 hours or less prior to scheduled start date is subject to 100% of total assignment fee due at time of cancellation. *
Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.
Cancellation by early return is refunded by credit for future visits ONLY...early return credit is available only if you inform us a minimum of 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival time. *

If there are other persons entering and leaving your home, Two Dogs Pet Services can not be held liable for any damages or problems that may arise as a result. Please inform us BEFORE your departure of anyone who may have access to your home while you are away. This includes cleaning services, gardeners, pool cleaners, repairmen, friends, family and neighbors. Two Dogs Pet Services does not accept liability for other persons who will be in your home during pet care assignments, including, but not limited to dog walks. *
