A Delegation consists of a minimum of 4 delegates (Grades 7-12).

Steps to register as a delegation:
1. Fill in this form with a list of all the students in your delegation. Please DO NOT fill the 'DELEGATE registration form'.
2. Make the payment (4300 rupees per delegate) using the payment link (separately for each delegate). All allotments will be made after the payment is confirmed.
3. Within 5-7 business days, HFSMUN will revert back with a list of allotments for your delegation. Please revert back to us with the preferred allotment for each delegate.

1. I understand that HFS MUN is not obliged to grant me my committee/country preferences.
2. I hereby agree to bear any costs due to damage caused by me to any person or property.
3.The payment for attending the conference, Rs. 4300/- is a non-refundable payment. After making the payment, no requests for refunds will be considered by the organizers.
