Radical Sexual Acceptance(RSA) Research Study - Participation Map
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Radical Sexual Acceptance Research Project.  Please bookmark this page as you will likely be wanting to come back to it.  You must be logged into your browser with a Gmail account to participate in the study.  This will allow you to come back to this form or any other with your results saved.  If you do not have a Gmail account you can get one for free here:


The first step is to take the Compatibility Quiz to see if you and the study are a good fit for each other.


You can follow the links at the bottom of each quiz, survey or form to be directed to the next step or you can follow along on this document which also has a the links.

I expect you have lots of questions and hopefully the following forms and surveys will answer all of them.  If you have questions or concerns not addressed by the end of the selection process, please feel free to email HouseOfAlgos@gmail.com with any additional questions.

Use this "Participation Map" to keep track of your progress as you go.  It has boxes you can check to track your own progress but this is for you and is not required to participate in the research.

All other forms and surveys are required.  Certain forms and surveys need to be done at a specific time so please read the instructions carefully.

This form is editable, so you should be able to come back to this form as needed.  I recommend bookmarking this form until you proceed to the next part of the research study.  If it appears that your progress has not been saved, check to make sure you are logged into your browser with the same google account as when you started.  Your email is used as identification in this process and being logged into your browser is essential to both saving your progress on forms and keeping track of you as a participant.

Participation overview

Participation is composed of three distinct phases:

Pre-selection
Post-selection 
and Exit surveys.  

Pre-selection surveys and forms are required to move forward to the selection process.  They include the Quiz, Informed Consent Form, Non-Disclosure form, and Post-Intro Survey.  After the first 3 are completed you gain access to the "Intro Materials" and Post-Intro Survey.  When the Post-Intro survey is complete, based on your answers you will either be selected to move forward or you will not be selected.  

Post-selection surveys are required to move forward to scheduling of sessions.  I will only look to see that they have been fully completed and I will not review their content.  At this point, you will have already been selected, as long as you fill out all forms and surveys and make your appointments, you are guarantied to receive the 4 sessions of coaching at no cost.

Exit surveys are administered after all 4 sessions are complete, or in the event that you choose to opt out of the study after at least one session.  Please note, to be eligible for the prize drawing you must be selected and complete the Exit Surveys.  Participants that are not selected, or that quit before the 4th session without filling exit surveys, are not eligible for the prize drawing.

If at any point you become lost or disoriented by the process, first check this document.  If you are still confused, feel free to email HouseOfAlgos@gmail.com for assistance.  In your email please state what your concern is and use or indicate the Gmail that is associated with your participation in the study. 

Emailing Ezra
There are three separate times when you will need to email me to let me know you have made it to a specific checkpoint.  The first is after Step 3 to let me know to share the introductory materials with you.  This is required because I want to make sure you have filled out the NDA, Informed Consent, and Compatibility Quiz before sharing confidential information with you. The second is after Step 6 when I will review your Post-Intro Survey results and let you know if you have been selected to proceed or not.  This is essential because I want to make sure you have read/watched the intro material and have a sufficient understanding of the content, and feel that it could be helpful for you, before asking you to spend a substantial amount of time filling out the remaining surveys and forms.  Lastly, once more after Step 16 to let me know that you have done all intake forms and surveys and you are ready for session scheduling.  This is to make sure you are ready to start the coaching phase of the research project.  I will do my best to email you back with as little delay as possible.

Remember that you don't need to finish all surveys and forms in one sitting.  You can come back to this form and your progress will be saved.  If you opt out at any time, a quick email would be appreciated for my own records.

Congratulations! You made it through the Intake Surveys and Forms.  If you have filled out all above forms and surveys you are ready for the FREE Coaching part of the study.  (remember the Riddle Scale and Ezra's Scale,  are only required for those that self identify as non-heterosexual, Queer, Trans, or kinky).

If you are selected to proceed as a research participant then you will be given a link to schedule your 4 FREE one hour coaching session.  Please schedule all 4 appointments as soon as you get the link and with no more than 1 appointment per week and no more than 6 weeks for the completion of all 4 sessions.  If possible, please schedule your sessions for the same time each week for 4 consecutive weeks.  If none of the times available are doable for you, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Exit Surveys
The Exit Surveys are to be completed when you are done with all 4 sessions of  RSA coaching.  Ideally this is done soon after your 4th session is complete.  If you choose to discontinue coaching before your 4th session, please fill out all exit surveys in order to be eligible for the raffle.  This will allow for your experience to be considered as part of the usable data set.  If you fill out your Exit Surveys before completing your first coaching session you will be excluded from the study.

Please note that many surveys will look exactly like surveys you filled out before receiving coaching.  They are required to be filled out again after you have received coaching in order to complete the study.  If you have any confusion, note the title of each survey which should include the prefix "Exit -" or "Intake -" to indicate that this is the second time you are required to fill that specific form. 

When all forms and surveys are complete, you are DONE!  You will not need to take any additional steps.

If after the study is over you feel you still want to share your experience you are welcome to write an email or schedule an additional video call to share your experience with Ezra. 
So what now!?

If you have filled all intake surveys and forms indicated above, read the intro document or alternatively watched the video, and filled out the Post-Selection surveys and forms, then you are all caught up.  It is now Ezra's job to review your survey results for completeness and eligibility to continue.  If there is anything missing or if a decision about your eligibility has been made, you will be contacted by email (or your second form of contact if you do not respond to your email). 
What if I want to quit?
You are free to opt out at any time.  You are not obligated to let me know why you are done but taking just 5 minutes to let me know why the study is not for you or what I can do better next time could be very helpful.  Additionally, there is a special gift for you just
