D21 | 2020-2021 T-Shirt Order Form
Calling all Hippos! This is YOUR chance to buy a Division 21 T-Shirt for $12! These shirts will be used to show our Division spirit at DCMs, Fall Rally (April 24, 2021), DCON (April 2021), and much more.

The shirt is beautifully designed by Emily Lu and I highly encourage everyone to take this opportunity to get a shirt as it is only available for this term exclusively and there will only be one round of orders!

Distribution:  Once the shirts arrive, they will be distributed to your club presidents/officer boards. Method of distribution from there will be up to your respective club presidents/officer boards.

IMPORTANT: In order to receive a shirt, you must fill out this form AND submit a payment for your shirt to your Club President by Sunday, September 20th. If you do not turn in a payment by then, there is no guarantee you will receive a shirt.
