Vendor Registration for THV Harvest Festival

Please read and fill out the following information to register for your booth at our Harvest Festival in September!

Booth rentals are NON REFUNDABLE. Vendors must provide their own tents and tables. Festival events take place rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by Monday, September 14 will lose their space (no refunds/rain checks given). All payments must be made by September 5, 2015. We accept cash, check, or credit cards (except American Express).

Rental Information:
$25.00 for one-day booth space rental
$15.00 for electrical access (optional)

Spring Festival Event Information:
Event Date: Saturday, September 19, 2015
Booth set up: 9am-11am
Booth tear down: 6pm
Festival begins at 11am
