2020 NC Pacific Arts Festival - June 27th 10am-8pm
This application is for the 2020 NC Pacific Arts Festival at Humphrey Farm

Filling out this application does NOT guarantee you a space. ALL CRAFT entries will be judged prior to approval.
***The exception is IF you have attended at least TWO events prior.

RULES:
1.) The times of the event are 10am-8pm.
2.) There is NO rain date.
3.) Vendor/Craft Spaces: you will have a space of 12x12. Your tent cannot be any larger than 12x12. You must have a proper weighting system for your tent as the wind can be an issue as the farm is located on the water. Set up times will begin three hours before the gates open. An emailed package will be sent out a week prior to the event.
4.) Set Up: gates will open for Vendors at 6am. ALL Vehicles MUST be off the festival grounds by 9am. NO Exceptions. ***FOOD Vendors: if you would like to set up your tents/tables the night before please make prior arrangements.
5.) Vendors who arrive for set-up later than 9am may NOT be allowed to set up, and NO refund will be granted.
6.) Sorry, we only have about 2-3 spaces with electrical at this time. These are saved for Vendors whose business absolutely requires electricity.
7.) NO food or drinks of ANY kind can be sold unless you are an approved Food/Drink Vendor. If you are found to be selling food/drinks without permission you will be told to put these items away.
8.) ALL Vendor Parking will be in the main parking field. NO acceptions.
9.) Gates will be unlocked at 8pm for entry back onto the festival grounds.
10.) Humphrey Farm is NOT responsible for any theft, damage to any merchandise, displays or vehicles while on the farm.

FEES:
1.) Crafters/Vendors: $35 (We already have a Shaved Ice Vendor, Scentsy and Paparazzi)
2.) Food Trucks: $100 *(you MAY need a generator as back up)
3.) Non-Profit groups, please contact to see how many spaces we have available as they are FCFS.

Do you understand a Temp Food Permit must be obtained at least 15 days in advance through the Onslow County Environmental Health Department? There is a fee of $75.
FOOD VENDORS ONLY! IF you have to apply for a Temporary Food Permit, your application will NOT be processed and approved until you have a permit from Onslow County.
FOOD VENDORS ONLY! PLEASE allow yourself enough set up time on the morning of the event for the Food Inspection. This process can take several hours. NO pre-cooked food is to be brought to the event.
ALL VENDORS will receive (2) Wristbands. If you need more, they can be purchased at $3/ea. and you will be billed with your invoice. How many more wristbands do you require?

You will recieve an email once you have been accepted. Invoices will be sent as soon as your application is processed and approved. You will have 5 days to pay, then you will receive a reminder and have 2 days to pay. After that, your invoice will be canceled.
ALL spaces are FCFS. We will have approximately 40 Craft?Merchandise Vendors and approximately 10-12 Food Vendors. If either of these lists are already full, do you wish to be placed on a wait list?
You agree to hold Humphrey Farm and all of its entities free of harm or liability. You have applied for this event of your own free will and accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury while attending this event or while on farm grounds.
