FOOD TRUCK TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • 40% Deposit to secure the event date

  • Less than two weeks' notice full payment due at that time including increased service fee

  • After signing a 20% cancellation fee applies. 

  • 40% cancellation fee within 2 weeks of the event date.

  • 18% Gratuity included on all catered events

  • Service fee 10-25%  

  • All orders subject to sales tax, including tax-exempt status as prepared, cooked, and catered food are excluded

Note: Our current minimums for catered events are $2,000 for weekday events (Mon - Thurs) and $3,000 for weekend events (Fri - Sun). Minimum includes limited menu service for up to 4 hours for 100-150 people. If you have an event or budget that does not meet the minimum please still reach out as we can make accommodations to the best of our ability.
