ODPC Announcement Request
The information within this form will be used by ODPC Staff to ensure that this event is published (online or via paper) and appropriately announced.
For any and all announcements we ask that we be notified 1 month in advance. Earlier notice, will allow ODPC Staff to effectively communicate information to the congregation. Once submitted a ODPC Staff member will be in contact with you shortly.
