GEAHC Relay and Prize Giving Saturday 31st October 2020
This is our final event of the season and is open to all registered club members. The day starts at 8am with leg one setting off, teams drive around the course supporting their team runners. Teams are made by Beth and Neil. Teams include seniors and juniors. After the relay we hold our BBQ lunch and prize giving for all athletes and their family. This form is for the BBQ lunch and/or participation in a team. Junior Parents please fill this in as well so we know the numbers for the lunch, to which you are all invited. It is a great day of fun to finish the season
Health and Safety - We are still required to follow all guidelines on our Covid 19 plan at whatever Alert Level we find ourselves at on 31st October. If we are at Alert level 3 or 4 this event will not go ahead.
We ask that if you are unwell you do not attend and that you do not share drink bottles with others in your team. Please bring a towel to sit on and make sure you have your own snacks as you require for the morning.
