In the last 20 years, have you made a life-saving call to The Trevor Project lifeline? Are you interested in working with the co-founder of The Trevor Project, academy-award winning writer, and performer, James Lecesne, and co-founders of TMI Project ( https://www.tmiproject.org/ ), Eva Tenuto and Julie Novak, in a unique and powerful memoir writing and storytelling workshop which will result in a live performance?
Up to 8 participants will be chosen, all of whom identify as having had a transformational experience as a result of making a call to Trevor Project’s suicide Lifeline, to come to NYC for a TMI Project memoir writing and storytelling workshop which will culminate in a live performance.

*Travel, room and board will be covered for all participants outside of the NYC area.
Participants will be guided with writing prompts, brainstorming sessions, supportive feedback during development and editing of a final piece.
Prior to the public performance, participants will gather together for a rehearsal and receive tips for performing their stories live. They will learn how to deliver their stories, bringing the information to life for the audience, ensuring connection and impact.
The process and the live performance will be filmed. In order to deepen impact, a digital campaign will follow.
