If you would like to refer a youth to our mentoring program who is not yet ready to complete the youth application, please complete the form below. We will then reach out to the youth, talk to them about our program, and give them the opportunity to apply.
NOTE: WAY Alliance serves the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Unfortunately, we are unable to match youth who live outside our service area.
