TCLA Summer Academy Enrollment
Complete this form for each student who is requesting to take a course(s) through TCLA Summer Academy. Students who enroll into TCLA Summer Academy must understand and agree to the following:
    • All courses are completed independently. There will be a certified teacher(s) to contact should assistance be needed and they will check-in periodically with you, however there will be no regularly scheduled class sessions.
    • All students must have access to a computer and internet to complete coursework.
    • Students may enroll in no more than two (2) full courses per summer (4 semesters).
    • All final grades will be added to the student's transcript by the home district after the summer session is complete. Students will receive the grade assigned at the end of session.
    • Courses are $100 per semester credit (example: English I Semester A and B = $200, English I Semester A only = $100)
    • Payment must be made to your home district HS office and due before a student can be enrolled and begin.

*No enrollments will be accepted after May 24th.
