1. Fill out this form: Please submit this form at least two weeks before the event date to allow time for processing. Your personalized message will be displayed on the digital marquee outside the Eagles Nest for one week, from Monday through Sunday.
2. Make your $25 payment: We must receive your payment for the message to be displayed. You can pay using one of the following methods:
Cash or Check: Please place your payment in a sealed envelope. On the envelope, write "Marquee Messages," your name, your student's name, grade, and teacher. Leave it in the PTA box in the school office.
Zelle: Send to treasurer@evergreenpta.org. In the comments/notes section, please write "Marquee Messages," your student's name, grade, and teacher.
3. Important Notes: Your message will only be displayed once we've received both this form submission and your payment.
